These families are not directly related to us. I include this partial descent list due to the frequent intermarriage with our family. I have left out most of the children, including only those who merge into our lines. There seem to be at least three unrelated Hall lines involved with our family.
John Hall, son of William, was born in
1648 in Connecticut, and died in 1711 in Connecticut. He married around
1670,
Elizabeth Smith. Elizabeth was born 16 Sep 1649 in New Haven
(New Haven) Connecticut, and died 18 Sep 1726 in Connecticut.
They had several children, among whom four merge into our lines:
a. Mary Hall was born 13 May 1673 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 7 Dec 1755 in Guilford. She married 16 Jul 1692 in Guilford, Daniel Bishop [7810.5], son of John Bishop and Susanna Goldham. Daniel was born 8 Dec 1663 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 17 Apr 1751 in Guilford.
b. Ebenezer Hall was
born 3 Mar 1678 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and
died Dec 1723 in Connecticut. He married
11 Apr 1700 in Connecticut, Deborah Highland,
daughter of George Highland and Hannah Crittenden below.
Ebenezer and Deborah had several children, among whom five lines merged
into ours:
b1. John Hall was born 27 Dec 1706 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 9 Feb 1741/42 in Guilford. He married 2 Nov 1737, Jerusha Johnson [3920.3.5], daughter of Isaac Johnson and Phebe Bristol. Jerusha was born 31 Oct 1720 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut.
b2. Benjamin Hall was born 1712, and
died 1802 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. He married Judith
Hall. Benjamin and Judith are second cousins, both descending
from William Hall. Judith was born in 1716.
Benjamin and Judith had several children, of whom one marries into our
lines:
b21. Elizabeth Hall was born 1748, and died in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. She married in 1776 Joseph Evarts [3920.3.3.2], son of Joseph Evarts and Phebe Johnson. Joseph was born in 1745, and died 11 Dec 1795.
b3. Esther Hall was born 3 Mar 1716/17 in Connecticut, and died 9 Sep 1799 in Connecticut. She married 25 Nov 1747 in Connecticut, Jehiel Johnson [3920.3.4], son of Isaac Johnson and Phebe Bristol.
b4. Ebenezer Hall was born 30 Jan 1701 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 9 Sep 1754. He married 17 Jun 1730 in Guilford, Elizabeth Cruttenden [7810.1.6.1], daughter of John Cruttenden and Bathsheba Johnson.

c. Eliphalet Hall was
born 15 Jan 1681 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut.
He married first, 30 May 1705 Abigail Bushnell [15638.2.1],
daughter of Samuel Bushnell and Patience Rudd. Abigail was
born 27 Jul 1677, and died 28 Feb 1707/08, probably
from childbirth.
Eliphalet later married Elizabeth
Scranton [7810.2.1.1], daughter of Samuel Scranton and Elizabeth
Bishop.
Eliphalet and first wife Abigail had only one daughter:
c1. Jerusha Hall (also 15638.2.1.1) was born 27 Feb 1705/06 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. She married 8 Dec 1726 in Guilford, Daniel Bowen. Jerusha and Daniel had several children, one of whom marries back into our lines again:
c11. Jerusha Bowen (also
15638.2.1.1.1, third cousin) was born 10 Oct 1727, and died
in 1761. She married 30 Oct 1751, Abraham Hall [7810.5.7.4] son of Highland Hall and Rachel Bishop below. Abraham
was born 3 Sep 1730 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and
died in 1782 in Norfolk (Litchfield) Connecticut.
Jerusha and Abraham are second cousins, both descending from John Hall
and Elizabeth Smith. However, Abraham's relation comes from his
mother, Rachel Bishop daughter of Mary Hall. Abraham's last name
Hall is a coincidence, and is from another Hall line that seems to be
unrelated to ours (see Mary Highland below).
d. Nathaniel Hall was born Dec 1683 and died 29 Jul 1748. He married Rebecca Mallory. Rebecca was born around 1685 and died Sep 1767.
Nathaniel and Rebecca had several children, of whom we list two:

Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 21 Jan 1693 in Guilford. He
married
Hannah Crittenden. Hannah was born in 1640 in Guilford (New
Haven) Connecticut, and died 31 Dec 1698 in New Haven (New Haven)
Connecticut.
They had several children, among whom three merge into our lines:
a. Elizabeth
Highland was born 18 Jun 1666 in Guilford (New Haven)
Connecticut, and died 3 Jan 1746 in Guilford. She
married Isaac Parmelee, son of
John Parmelee and Hannah Plaine. Isaac was born

13 Jan 1749 in Guilford.
Elizabeth and Isaac had nine children, listed under Isaac.

born 12 May 1672 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and
died Apr 1738 in Guilford. She married Thomas Hall, son
of Samuel Hall (~1630 Eng - 1689 CT) and Elizabeth Cooke. This
Hall line is not related to either the above Hall family or the one
below, at least as far back as 1600 in England. Samuel is a son
of John Hall and Esther Willicke, who would be contemporaries of our
John Hall's father William. Thomas was born
27 Aug 1671 in Middletown (Middlesex) Connecticut, and died
1 Feb 1753 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut.

16 Jun 1781 in Guilford. He married
17 Mar 1724/25 in Guilford, Rachel Bishop [7810.5.7], daughter of
Daniel Bishop and Mary Hall [a].
One of their sons (Abraham Hall) marries Jerusha Bowen
above.
c. Deborah Highland
was born in 1674 in Connecticut, and died 27 Oct 1758 in
Connecticut. She married 11 Apr 1700 in Connecticut, Ebenezer Hall , son of John Hall and Elizabeth Smith.
Three of their children merge into our lines, see Ebenezer
above.
John Hall was born sometime around 1610 in
England. He married
Jane Woolen. Jane was born sometime around 1620, and died
in 1690 in Connecticut.

and Elizabeth above.
