Bill’s Family: Ancestors of Eldora Beahm

These pages are a compilation of my work and that of others. You are welcome to use anything on this page, but be aware that although I have been as careful and accurate as possible, I am not a professional genealogist. I have been working on our genealogy for over 25 years, and started the website in 2005. Some of the lines I have researched myself; some, especially on Rita’s side, we inherited the research of other family members over the past 75 years. Still, the majority of these pages are limited to compilations from published books and what I could find on the internet. The target audience was and remains our family, so the family pages are limited to our own ancestors. I have set it up so that each page is one set of ancestors, with their descendants. For the most part I have limited my scope to their great-grandchildren (second cousins to us); in some cases I list sources which may continue further.   HOME

This is a double line: two children are direct ancestors

7844 (and 15642). William Stone {a,b,wa,wb} was born about 1608 in Warwickshire, England, and died Nov 1683 probably in Connecticut. William is the earliest known ancestor in this line. W. Stone {b} and E. Stone {c} both have William as a son of Rev. Samuel Stone, but most have his parents unknown. (The Samuel they refer to is probably father of Gregory, Simon and Samuel, who came to Massachusetts. I think him too old to be William's father, though it is possible.) William married first, probably around 1640, our ancestor

7845 (and 15643). Hannah ___ {a,wb}. Hannah was born probably around 1625 in England, and died sometime before 1659 in Connecticut.

This is a double line. Two of their children are direct ancestors to our family. William and Hannah can also be numbered as 15642 and 15643 respectively; we use 7844, as that line continues the Stone name furthest.

William was one of the 25 original settlers at Guilford Connecticut. They were Puritans, and left England with a group led by Rev. Henry Whitfield to escape persecution under King Charles I (although, if they had stuck it out a few more years the Puritans would eventually come into power under Cromwell). They left England on 20 May 1639, and signed the Guilford Covenant of 1 Jun 1639 while still at sea. His brother John Stone also signed the Covenant. They landed in New Haven harbor in July.
William was a farmer and innkeeper.

William married second, in 1659, Mary ___, widow of Richard Hughes.

William and his first wife Hannah had at least three children:

7844.1. William Stone (1642-1730) had descendants and is expanded below.

7844.2. Hannah Stone [7821] (b. 1644) and John Norton are direct ancestors, separate page.

7844.3. Benajah Stone [3922] (1647 CT - 1714 CT) and Esther Kirby are direct ancestors, separate page.

There is a fourth child, we have no birth date so do not know to which marriage he belongs:

7844.4. Samuel Stone {a} or Sarah Stone {wb} died in 1675. Besides not knowing who the mother was, we are also not sure of the name, probably due to some atrocious handwriting on the original document (which I have not seen).

7844.1. William Stone {a,c,wb,wc,wl} was born about 1642 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, freeman 1669, and died 28 Sep 1730. He married first, 20 Feb 1673/74 (Savage has 1673, Stone has 1674), Hannah Wolfe, daughter of Edward Wolfe and Mary ___ (Savage says the surname Wolfe is uncertain; I have seen it as Hannah Woulfe and Hannah DeWolfe in various websites). Hannah was born about 1654 in Lynn (Essex) Massachusetts and died 28 Mar 1712 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. William perhaps married second, Mary ___. Mary was born probably around 1645 and died 6 Jul 1732. I am a bit skeptical of the marriage to Mary: William marries Hannah and Mary; but his father, William, also marries a Hannah and Mary; with the ambiguous record-keeping of that time, it would be easy to mix up the two Williams.
Wiliam and first wife Hannah had nine children (first cousins to us):

7844.1.1. Samuel Stone {a,c,wb} was born 16 Mar 1674/75 probably in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 8 Apr 1675, age 3 weeks.

7844.1.2. William Stone {a,c,wb,wc,wl,xa} was born 22 Mar 1675/76 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 21 Sep 1753. He married 28 Oct 1701, Sarah Hatch, daughter of Jonathan Hatch (1652) and Abigail Weeks (1658). Sarah was born 17 May 1682 in Falmouth (Barnstable) Massachusetts and died 26 Nov 1751 (some have 28 Nov 1761) in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut.
William and Sarah had nine children (second cousins to us):

7844.1.2.1. Ezra Stone {wb} was born 12 Jun 1703 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 18 Jul 1703 in Guilford.

7844.1.2.2. Jehiel Stone {wb,wc,wd,wl} was born 11 Nov 1704 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 17 Oct 1780 in Guilford. He married first, Sarah ___. We do not know of any children from this marriage. Jehiel married second, 10 Jun 1730, Ruth White, daughter of Daniel White (1662-1739) and Susanna Mould (1663-1754). Ruth was born 28 Sep 1703 in Middletown (Middlesex) Connecticut, and died 28 Mar 1774 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. Jehiel and Ruth had eleven children (Thomas 1731; Sarah 1732; Elihu 1734, m Thankful Hotchkiss; Ruth 1736, m Daniel Clark; Noah 1738, d. ch.; William 1740, m Sarah Sage; Aaron 1741; Isaac 1743; John 1745, d. ch.; another Noah 1746; and another John 1749, m Mary Parmelee), of whom we list four (third cousins to us):

7844.1.2.2.1. Thomas Stone {wb,we} was born 16 Mar 1730/31 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. Some have his death as 28 Jan 1772 in Branford (New Haven) Connecticut. Others have his death as 1778, killed in battle in the Revolutionary War. I would guess the earlier, nonheroic death is probably more likely. Thomas married 27 Mar 1754 in East Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, his cousin Leah Norton [7820.6.3.3], daughter of Daniel Norton and Sarah Bradley. Thomas and Leah are third cousins, both being descended from 7844 William Stone and Hannah ___.

7844.1.2.2.2. Sarah Stone {wb,we} was born 2 Sep 1732 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. She married 5 Nov 1756 in Guilford, her cousin Daniel Norton [7820.6.3.2], son of Daniel Norton and Sarah Bradley. Sarah and Daniel are third cousins, both being descended from 7844 William Stone and Hannah ___.

7844.1.2.2.7. Aaron Stone {wb,wc,wd} was born 21 Oct 1741 and died 27 Jun 1821 in North Madison (New Haven) Connecticut. He married first, 22 Sep 1760, Lois Dudley [3924.3.8.2], daughter of David Dudley and Mary Talman. Lois was born 20 Mar 1744/45 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 18 Apr 1797. Aaron served in the Revolutionary War. Aaron married second, Abigail ___, widow of ___ Coe.

7844.1.2.3. Thankful Stone {wb} was born 19 Jun 1708 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died about 1709 in Guilford, age 1.

7844.1.2.4. Thankful Stone {wb,wg,wl} was born 25 Jun 1710 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 13 Aug 1729. She married 16 Apr 1728 in Guilford, Daniel Hubbard [3926.1.3], son of Daniel Hubbard and Elizabeth Cruttenden. Daniel was born 7 Feb 1696/97 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 28 Sep 1751 in Guilford. Thankful and Daniel had one son (Daniel), listed under Daniel -- both mother and son died within two months of the birth.

7844.1.2.5. Daniel Stone {wb,wd} was born 29 Aug 1711 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 21 Dec 1783 in Guilford. He married 28 May 1731 in Guilford, his cousin Leah Norton [7820.6.5], daughter of Thomas Norton and Rachel Starr. Leah was born 3 Apr 1715, and died 17 Jan 1783. Daniel and Leah are second cousins, both descending from 7844 William Stone and Hannah ___. Daniel and Leah had six children, listed under Leah.

7844.1.2.6. Reliance Stone {wb,wh,wi} was born 24 Sep 1712 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 1 Apr 1757. She married Aug 1728, Abraham Bradley, son of Abraham Bradley (1674-1721) and Jane Leaming (1678-1721). Abraham was born 26 Jul 1702 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died in 1792 (some have 1771) in Litchfield (Litchfield) Connecticut. Reliance and Abraham had eight children (Sarah 1729; Abraham 1731, m Hannah Baldwin; Hannah 1734; Leaming 1737-1820, m Anne Parsons; Lucy 1739; Beata 1742; Peleg 1744; and Thomas 1750).

7844.1.2.7. Zerviah Stone {wb,wj,wl} was born 14 Jul 1715, and died 8 Jan 1769. She married 9 Jun 1748, John Hubbard [3926.1.4.1], son of John Hubbard (1699-1775) and Patience Chittenden. John was born 31 Jul 1723 in North Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut.

7844.1.2.8. Ezra Stone {wb,wk,wl} was born 14 Jul 1717 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 20 Mar 1798 in Guilford. He married 18 Mar 1739/40 in Branford (New Haven) Connecticut, Elizabeth Osborn [15628.9.3.3], daughter of Thomas Osborn and Elizabeth Paine. Ezra and Elizabeth had six children (Diadema 1741; Eber 1744; Osborn 1746; Gideon 1755; Rachel 1759-1799, m Neriah Bishop; David 1762, m Sarah Scranton), of whom we list one (second cousin to us):

7844.1.2.9. Beata Stone {wb} was born 26 Jun 1723 and died 27 Jul 1727, age 4.

7844.1.3. Hannah Stone {a,c,wb,wl,wm} was born 27 Jul 1678 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died sometime before 1773. She married 1 Jun 1699 in Connecticut, William Leete, son of Andrew Leete and Elizabeth Jordan. Some have the marriage in Feb 1699, that might be the publishing of intent. William was born 24 Mar 1671 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 26 Jan 1736 in Guilford.
Hannah and William had seven children (second cousins to us):

7844.1.3.1. Ann Leete {wm} was born 6 Mar 1700 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. She married 25 Jan 1726 in Guilford, Samuel Hopson. Samuel was born 10 Jan 1684 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 27 Dec 1771 in Wallingford (New Haven) Connecticut.

7844.1.3.3. Margery Leete {wm}, also seen as Margaret Leete, was born 8 Oct 1705 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 12 Aug 1796 in Guilford. She married 20 Oct 1731, her cousin Samuel Collins, son of John Collins (1665-1751) and Ann Leete (1671-1724). Samuel was born 2 Nov 1704 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 6 Dec 1784 in Guilford. Margery and Samuel are second cousins, both being descended from William Leete and Ann Payne.

7844.1.3.4. Roland Leete {wm} was born 6 Aug 1708 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 23 Nov 1767 in Guilford. He married 29 Dec 1738 in Guilford, Mercy Dudley [3924.5.8], daughter of Miles Dudley and Rachel Strong.
Roland and Mercy had ten children, listed under Mercy.

7844.1.3.5. William Leete {wm} was born 12 Dec 1711 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 21 Sep 1756 in Guilford.

7844.1.3.6. Jordan Leete {wl,wm,wn} was born in Oct 1720 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 8 Apr 1773 in Guilford. He married 13 Nov 1746, Rebecca Watrous. Most have her parents unknown. Watrous {wn} has Rebecca as a daughter of Benjamin Waterhouse and Damaris Ward [7822.1.1] -- possibly correct, but there are problems with the supposed children of Damaris. Rebecca was born about 1722 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 11 Oct 1788 in Guilford. Jordan and Rebecca had five children (Absalom 1747; Elizabeth; Amasa; Abraham; and William), of whom we list one (third cousin to us):

7844.1.3.6.1. Absalom Leete {wl} was born 3 Sep 1747 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 27 Oct 1800 in Guilford. He married Jane Dudley [3924.3.6.3], daughter of Samuel Dudley and Jane Talman.

7844.1.3.7. Solomon Leete {wl,wm} was born in Sep 1722 in Connecticut, and died 6 Sep 1803 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. He married his cousin Zipporah Stone [15688.3.2.2.2], daughter of Samuel Stone and Mercy Rowley. Zipporah was born 28 Apr 1720 in Connecticut, and died 25 Jun 1800 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. Zipporah and Samuel are third cousins, both being descended from 15688 Samuel Stone. Solomon and Zipporah had seven children (Solomon 1746; Thomas; James; Elijah 1753-1825, m Betsey Brown; Ann; Pharez; and Abigail 1762-1834, m Calvin Chittenden), of whom we list one (third cousin to us):

7844.1.3.7.1 Solomon Leete {wm,xb,xc,xd} was born 3 Dec 1746 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died in 1822. He married 3 Nov 1772 in Guilford, his cousin Hannah Norton [7820.6.3.9], daughter of Daniel Norton and Sarah Bradley. Hannah and Solomon are third cousins, both descending from 7844 William Stone and Hannah ___. Solomon served in the Revolutionary War. His place of death is uncertain. Hannah died 22 Sep 1820 in Guilford, and Solomon at age 74 apparently went to live with one of their children. Some have his death in Tioga County Pennsylvania, some in Tioga County New York, and others in Greenville (Greene) New York.

7844.1.4. Daniel Stone {a,c,wb,wo} was born 27 Jul 1680 probably in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died in 1713. He married 21 Jan 1707/08 (some have 2 Jan) in New Haven (New Haven) Connecticut, Elizabeth Talmadge, daughter of Thomas Talmadge and Elizabeth Alsop. Elizabeth was born 12 Feb 1681/82 in New Haven (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 17 Mar 1715/16 in New Haven.
Daniel and Elizabeth had at least one child (second cousin to us):

7844.1.4.1. Enos Stone {wb,wk,wo} was born 19 Jun 1709 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. We are probably dealing with two people of the same name confused into one. His death date is given by some as 1758, by others as 1773. He may have married Sarah Munsen {wb,wk} or Mary ___ {wo}. Enos and Sarah are shown with as many as three children (Daniel 1732; Elizabeth 1735; Enos 1743-1814, m Sarah Stoddard). Enos and Mary are shown with one child (Sarah 1739, m Abraham Buell). The birth of Sarah between Elizabeth and Enos shows that it is not simply two marriages of the same person (assuming of course that all the dates are correct).

7844.1.5. Elizabeth Stone {a,c,wb,wp,wq} was born 20 Nov 1682 (some have 28 Nov, that might be baptism?) probably in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 16 May 1767. She married 23 Dec 1703 in East Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, Joseph Bishop [15620.6.1.1], son of Stephen Bishop and Hannah Bartlett.
Elizabeth and Joseph had three children (both second and third cousins to us):

7844.1.5.1. Elizabeth Bishop {wp,wq} was born 23 Apr 1705 in North Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 16 Feb 1747/48. She married 6 Jan 1730/31 in Killingworth (Middlesex) Connecticut, Eleazer Isbell, son of Robert Isbell and Miriam Carter. Eleazer was born 31 Aug 1705 in Killingworth (Middlesex) Connecticut, and died sometime before 1789. Elizabeth and Eleazer had nine children (Elizabeth 1731; Peruda 1733; Robert 1736; Abigail 1738; Eleazer 1740; Sarah 1742-1836, m William Tisdale; Israel 1744-1760; Timothy 1746, m Esther Halset; and Elias 1748). After Elizabeth died, Eleazer married second, Mary Hopper, and third, Thankful Rossiter, widow of John Kelsey [7864.5.6]. He had children with each of those marriages.
We list five of the children of Elizabeth and Eleazer (third cousins to us):

7844.1.5.1.1. Elizabeth Isbell {wq} was born 10 Nov 1731 in Killingworth (Middlesex) Connecticut, and died 12 Sep 1790. She married 20 Dec 1759 in Killingworth, Daniel Crane [1966.2], son of Ebenezer Crane (1702) and Anna Wilcox (1697). Daniel was born 24 Jan 1725 (some have 26 Jan 1725/26) in Killingworth (Middlesex) Connecticut, and died 27 Jan 1784. This was his third marriage, and he had two children from the second one. Elizabeth and Daniel had eight children, listed under Daniel.

7844.1.5.1.2. Peruda Isbell {wq} was born 3 Aug 1733 in Killingworth (Middlesex) Connecticut. He married 3 Jul 1760, Mercy Hurlbut, daughter of Salmon Hurlbut and Abigail Hickock. Mercy was born probably around 1735. They had two children (Peruda 1778 and Seymour 1780). Peruda served in the French and Indian War, having several periods of active service between 1755 and 1757. He may possibly have served in the Revoutionary War, if he is the Peruda Isbell from Woodbury.

7844.1.5.1.3. Robert Isbell {wq} was born 3 Feb 1735/36 in Killingworth (Middlesex) Connecticut, and died 18 Apr 1783 in West Stockbridge (Berkshire) Massachusetts. Robert and Lois had seven children, listed under Lois.

7844.1.5.1.5. Eleazer Isbell {wq} was born 7 Apr 1740 in Killingworth (Middlesex) Connecticut, and died 19 Sep 1777 in Killingworth. He married 24 Apr 1763 in Killingworth, Hannah Parmelee [3918.11.6], daughter of Hannah Hull and Nehemiah Parmelee. Hannah was born 10 Dec 1743 in Killingworth (Middlesex) Connecticut, and died in 1822 in Granger (Medina) Ohio. Eleazer served in the French and Indian War, Nov 1757 to May 1758, and again Apr to Dec 1759, Apr to Nov 1760, and Mar to Dec 1762. Eleazer also served in the Revolutionary War. His date of death suggests he may have died as a result of the war, although he is shown as dying at home. He left Hannah with eight children, and another on the way; they are listed under Hannah.

7844.1.6.3. Sylvanus Stone {d,wb} was born 17 Oct 1713, and died 13 Dec 1785. He married first, 12 Mar 1733/34, Lydia Wright. Lydia was born probably sometime around 1715, and died probably in the early 1740s. Sylvanus and Lydia had four children (Lydia 1734; Noah 1736-1825, m1 Mary __, m2 Sarah Clark; Rhoda 1739; and Reuben 1741, m Rachel Stone). Sylvanus married second, Anne ___. She married Roswell Kilbourne [SPENCER 5632.9.8.4.1], son of James Kilbourne and Sarah Bissell. Roswell was born in 1738 in Litchfield (Litchfield) Connecticut, and died in 1801 in Connecticut.

7844.1.7.3. Submit Stone {wb,wt} was born 25 Mar 1717. She married 2 Oct 1734, John Evarts, son of Nathaniel Evarts (1675-1739) and Margaret Hastings. John was born 21 Sep 1708 and died 25 Sep 1786 in Salisbury (Litchfield) Connecticut. Submit and John had twelve children (John 1735; Submit 1737-1742; Sarah 1739-1742; Gilbert 1742; Luther 1744, m Deborah Newcomb; Joel 1746; Daniel 1749; Charles 1751; Submit 1753-1757; Martin 1756; Stephen 1758; and Sarah 1761).

7844.1.7.4. Prudence Stone {wb} was born 2 Dec 1719. She married John Nubey.

7844.1.7.5. Stephen Stone {d,wb,wk} was born 13 Aug 1721 and died in Sep 1792 (some have 1794). He married first, in 1749, Rebecca Bishop [7824.4.1.6], daughter of Stephen Bishop and Sarah Stevens. Rebecca was born in 1720 in Bolton (Tolland) Connecticut, and died 9 Nov 1767. Stephen and Rebecca had nine children (Stephen 1747-1765; Joel 1749-1833; Leman 1750-1847; Eliza 1753-1768; Irene 1755-1826; Dothe 1756-1805, m Younglove Cutler; Hannah 1756-1830, m James Lewis; Huldah 1759-1817, m Daniel Sheldon; and Rachel 1761-1848, m __ Leavenworth).

Stephen served in the Revolutionary War.

7844.1.7.6. Aaron Stone {wb} was born 15 Jan 1725/26 and died 1 Jan 1736/37, age 11.

7844.1.7.7. Charles Stone {wb,wu,wv,ww} was born 22 Jul 1733. He married 14 Apr 1752, Tryphena Collins, daughter of Oliver Collins and Elizabeth Hall. Tryphena was born 3 Feb 1731/32 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died in 1827 in Old Stockbridge (Berkshire) Massachusetts. Charles and Tryphena had perhaps five children, though each source I have seen tends to list only one or two (Luther 1753; Loane 1755; Charles 1757; Olive 1770-1849, m Jared Boughton, and Lydia 1775), of whom we list one (third cousin to us):

7844.1.7.7.5. Lydia Stone {wv} was born 20 Feb 1775, and died 19 Dec 1846. She married her cousin Oliver Collins [7868.1.5.2.3], son of Hannah Wilcox and Oliver Collins. Oliver was born 5 Jun 1763 in Litchfield (Litchfield) Connecticut. Lydia and Oliver are first cousins, grandchildren of Oliver Collins and Elizabeth Hall.

7844.1.7.8. Abijah Stone {wb} was born 7 Jul 1734 and died 20 Mar 1735/36, age 20 months.

7844.1.7.9. Elizabeth Stone {wb} was born 20 May 1738.

7844.1.8. Joshua Stone {a,c,wb,wx} was born 3 May 1692 probably in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 20 May 1730. He married 31 Mar 1716, Susannah Parmelee, daughter of Joshua Parmelee and Elsie Edwards. Susannah was born 19 Jan 1693 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut.
Joshua and Susannah had eight children (second cousins to us):

7844.1.8.1. Silas Stone {wb} was born in Feb 1716/17.

7844.1.8.2. Hannah Stone {wb} was born 3 Jan 1719/20. She married Charles Taylor.

7844.1.8.3. Huldah Stone {wb} was born 23 Apr 1721.

7844.1.8.4. Elizabeth Stone {wb,wy} was born 10 Mar 1722/23 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died in 1796. She married 20 Jan 1745/46, Hezekiah Hooker, son of Hezekiah Hooker and Abigail Curtis. Hezekiah was born 30 Oct 1717 in Farmington (Hartford) Connecticut, and died in 1796 in Woodbury (Litchfield) Connecticut. Elizabeth and Hezekiah had at least two children (Brainard 1647-1812, m Mary Deming; and Gilbert 1758-1849, m Rebecca Andrews). Brainard served in the Revolutionary War.

7844.1.8.5. Lucretia Stone {wb} was born 3 Feb 1724/25, and died 6 Apr 1728.

7844.1.8.6. Anna Stone {wb,wz} was born 22 Dec 1726, and died 2 Mar 1790. She married 10 Jul 1755 David Field [7810.2.3.3], son of Ann Bishop and David Field. David was born 22 or 31 Jul 1728 in East Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut. The place of their marriage was given as Vermont, but I am doubtful of that: although we don’t know where Anna was born, we have Guilford for most of her siblings, her husband, and her child -- when would she be in Vermont? I suspect someone just grasped at a marriage record with people of the same name, which means the marriage date would also be wrong. Anna and David had at least one child (third cousin to us):

7844.1.8.6.1. Ichabod Field {wd,wz} was born 26 Jul 1763 in East Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 1 Jul 1838 in Lansing (Tompkins) New York. He married in 1785 Anna French [3924.3.8.1.5], daughter of Mary Dudley and Philemon French.

7844.1.8.7. William Stone {wb} was born 20 Apr 1729.

7844.1.8.8. Joshua Stone {wb} was born 13 Jul 1730.

7844.1.9. Abigail Stone {a,c,wb,wl} was born 1 Dec 1697 probably in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 13 Sep 1758. She married Nathaniel Bishop [7810.6.1], son of Nathaniel Bishop (1666-1714) and Mary Hughes. Nathaniel was born 17 Nov 1693 in Guilford (New Haven) Connecticut, and died 24 Sep 1754 in Guilford (some have 24 Sep 1769).
Abigail and Nathaniel had six children, listed under Nathaniel.
