Sarah Dudley
These are the earliest known ancestors in this branch of the family. Most of our information on this family is from secondary website sources and has not been confirmed. I am presenting what we have found, but cannot say whether it is accurate.

Massachusetts. He married 1627 in Boston,
7685. Sarah Dudley. Sarah was born 1608 in
England, and died 26 Nov 1657 in Boston (Middlesex)
Massachusetts.
Judkins is a patronymic Anglo-Saxon name, a diminutive of Judd or Jordan. Earliest known use is in Suffolk, and it was common in Warwickshire and several other counties by 1600. Family traditions have claimed Scots ancestry, placing Job Judkins' birth in Scotland, and some have him as the son of Joel Judkins of Scotland. More recent work claims that the name Judkins is found in several English counties at this time, but is not seen at all in Scotland. These more recent workers place Job as born probably in Warwickshire, England.
Dudley is an old Anglo-Saxon name, supposed to derive from the town of Dudley in Worcestershire. It comes originally from a first name (Dudd, Dudda, Dudo) and means "Dudd's Lea" or glade.
We originally had Sarah as the daughter of Thomas Dudley and Dorothy York, following several sources. However, there seem to be too many conflicts and I do not feel this is a good connection. Going from "bottom up", i.e. those sources concerned with finding ancestors of Job and Sarah, often results in her identification as a daughter of Thomas. But going from the top down, i.e. looking at those sources concerned with Thomas Dudley and his descendants, does not match. Thomas did indeed have a daughter Sarah, but she was born in 1620, came to Massachusetts in 1630, married someone else, and died in 1659. Most sources concerned with Thomas Dudley's descendants do not mention Job Judkins. And a 1620 birth date makes Sarah too young for her first two children (born 1629 and 1631). Our Sarah had to be born earlier, and (assuming the marriage location is correct) was in Boston at least by 1627. I believe the persistent desire to make a connection to Thomas stems from the fact that he was one of the first governors of the Massachusetts colony. It would be nice to claim him as a member of our family, but I don't think there is any evidence for it other than the name.
Job was a sawyer, which means he worked in the lumbering industry. He is one of the witnesses who signed the land deed by which the Indians granted the township of Hingham to the early settlers in 1635.
Job and Sarah had seven children:
7684.1. Thomas Judkins was born 1629 in Massachusetts, and died 23 Feb 1694/95. He married 25 Nov 1665, Ann Howard.
7684.2. unnamed Judkins was born 1631 in Massachusetts, and died as an infant.
7684.3. Job Judkins was born 10 May 1637 in Massachusetts, and died at two weeks, 24 May 1637.

7684.5. Job Judkins was born 30 Jun 1641 in Massachusetts, and died the same year.
7684.6. Joel Judkins was born
30 Sep 1643 in Massachusetts, and died in
Exeter (Rockingham) New Hampshire. He married
25 Apr 1674 in Exeter, Mary Bean, daughter of John Bean
and Hannah Lissen. Mary was born 18 Jun 1655 in Exeter
(Rockingham) New Hampshire. Joel followed his father into the
lumbering trade, and moved to Exeter in 1670 to start the business
there.
Joel and Mary had one child that we know of, there were probably others

14 Jan 1725/26 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts. She
married 7 May 1662 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts,
Joseph Pratt, son of Macuth Pratt (~1595 Eng - 1672 MA) and Elizabeth
Kingham (1600 Eng - 1672 MA). Joseph was born
10 Jun 1637 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts, and died
24 Dec 1720 in Weymouth.
Sarah and Joseph had eight children (first cousins to us):

31 May 1664 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts, and died
22 Jul 1706 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts. She
married 1685 in Woburn (Middlesex) Massachusetts, Aaron Pratt, son of
Phineas Pratt (~1592 Eng - 1680 MA) and Mary Priest (~1613 Holland -
~1689 MA). Aaron was born about 1649 in Charlestown (Suffolk)
Massachusetts, and died 23 Feb 1734/35 in Cohasset (Norfolk)
Massachusetts. We can't find any relation between Sarah Pratt and
Aaron Pratt.
Sarah and Aaron had eleven children (second cousins to us):
7684.7.1.1. Henry Pratt was born 5 Jun 1685 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 1 Nov 1750 in Needham (Norfolk) Massachusetts. He married in 1709, Hannah Park. Hannah was born 16 Sep 1694 in Newton (Middlesex) Massachusetts. They had 13 children.
7684.7.1.2. Daniel Pratt was born 2 Feb 1687/88 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 17 Feb 1750 in Needham (Norfolk) Massachusetts. He married 26 Apr 1707, Hannah Lombard.
7684.7.1.3. Aaron Pratt was born 10 Mar 1691 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 28 Mar 1767 in Cohasset (Norfolk) Massachusetts. He married in 1724, Mary Whitcomb. Mary was born 1703 in Scituate (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 3 Sep 1776 in Cohasset (Norfolk) Massachusetts. They had 9 children.
7684.7.1.4. Jonathan Pratt was born 6 Nov 1692 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died in 1786. He married 20 Aug 1729, Hannah Whitcomb. They had 8 children.
7684.7.1.5. John Pratt was born 4 Mar 1693/94 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 1780 in Rehoboth (Bristol) Massachusetts. He married in 1725, Priscilla Thurber. Priscilla was born 3 Feb 1696/97 in Rehoboth (Bristol) Massachusetts, and died 1746 in Rehoboth. They had 7 children.
7684.7.1.6. Sarah Pratt was born 23 Oct 1695 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 14 Oct 1721 in Boston (Middlesex) Massachusetts. She married 4 Jul 1720, Christopher Webb. Christopher was born 30 Dec 1689 in Braintree (Norfolk) Massachusetts, and died in 1724. Sarah and Christopher had one son; Sarah died a few months following the birth.
7684.7.1.7. Elizabeth Pratt was born 5 Dec 1697 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts. She married first, 5 Apr 1739 in Massachusetts, Nehemiah Hobart. Nehemiah was born 25 Apr 1697 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 31 May 1740 in Cohasset (Norfolk) Massachusetts. Elizabeth married second, 6 Apr 1742 in Hingham, Jonathan Merritt. Jonathan was born 7 Feb 1687/88 in Scituate (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died in 1773.
7684.7.1.8. Moses Pratt was born 31 Dec 1699 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts. He married 5 Oct 1732, Jane Orcutt, daughter of Thomas Orcutt (1677 MA - ) and Jane Emerson. Jane is not related to us, but she is a first cousin to the children of 3844.3 Elizabeth Randall. Moses and Jane had two children.
7684.7.1.9. Mary Pratt was born 10 Dec 1701 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 1730 in Massachusetts.
7684.7.1.10. Mercy Pratt was born 6 Dec 1703 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts. She married 28 Nov 1724 in Boston (Middlesex) Massachusetts, her first cousin Samuel Orcutt [7684.7.5.1], son of John Orcutt and Experience Pratt. Mercy and Samuel had nine children, but only three survived past childhood.
7684.7.1.11. Hannah Pratt was born Apr 1706 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts. She married 22 Jul 1737 in Boston (Middlesex) Massachusetts, Amos Hovey. Amos was born 26 Jan 1710/11 in Cambridge (Middlesex) Massachusetts.
7684.7.2. Joseph Pratt was born 28 Feb 1664/65 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts, and died 14 Jan 1765. He married Sarah Benson [3846.1], daughter of Joseph Benson and Sarah ___. Sarah was born about 1667 in Hull (Plymouth) Massachusetts. Children are listed under Sarah, closer to the main line.
7684.7.3. John Pratt was born 17 May 1668 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts.
7684.7.4. William Pratt was born about 1670 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts. He married Experience King.
7684.7.5. Experience Pratt was born
8 Jan 1671/72 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts, and died
about 1702. She married John Orcutt. John was born 1669 in
Massachusetts, and died 1753 in Massachusetts. After Experience
died, John married Mary Beal -- some sources list Mary Beal as the
mother of Samuel.
Experience and John had three children, but we only know one:
7684.7.5.1. Samuel Orcutt was born 9 Oct 1697 in Bridgewater (Plymouth) Massachusetts, and died 5 Mar 1742/43 in Hingham (Plymouth) Massachusetts. He married 28 Nov 1724 in Boston (Middlesex) Massachusetts, his first cousin Mercy Pratt [7684.7.1.10], daughter of Sarah.
7684.7.6. Hannah Pratt was born about 1674 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts. She married ___ Hines.
7684.7.7. Ephraim Pratt was born about 1675 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts, and died 6 Jan 1747/48. He married Phebe ___.
7684.7.8. Samuel Pratt was born 3 Apr 1676 in Weymouth (Norfolk) Massachusetts, and died 16 Oct 1715.
